FastTrack Fundraising Return Policy

Effective June 1, 2007

This return policy is effective as of the date written above and is designed to meet the following principles and practices:

I. Food and Candy Fundraisers

• FastTrack Fundraising Corporation is strongly committed to protecting the health and safety of our customers, and so we are not able to accept any returns or cancellations on any food product to ensure health safety. Once an order is placed, we ship out the product out right away and cannot have it returned for the protection of our fundraising groups.

II. Non-Food Fundraisers

• We accept returns on non–food items for manufacturer defects only. We must be notified within 10 days of receipt of order - please call for a return authorization.
• We are only able to refund rush shipping fees in the event that rush shipping was paid for and the order did not receive in a timely manner. Note that we are unable to refund expedited design fees or rush processing fees.
