The worst case scenario at Auckland airport may have been the inspiration needed for cheerleaders competing in Australia. Fantasy Cheerleading's three teams won a clean-sweep of awards at the Down Under Spirit championships on the Gold Coast last week. But the group almost didn't make it to the competition after its flight was cancelled because of the ash cloud.
