Here is a twist on this. IT's quick and fun. Same idea, no envelopes. Everyone who wants to participate stands and takes their dollar (or whatever size bill) and they either holds the dollar on their head or their dierre. Emcee rolls dice and call out heads or tails. Workers collect dollars of those incorrect and they sit down. Continue rolling dice until there is just one person. When down to two they can choose to split or go for it. Prize is 50/50. They win half of what was taken in. I would love more quick ideas like this if you have them.

This game is awesome! We use it for each gala dinner event we do, and we're using it again tonight! One twist that we did (because people we're so excited) is to give them a shot to buy back in - more money raised!

Keep the ideas coming - more please!

This works great as the beginning to the live auction part of our annual auction. Even better idea to have envelopes on table -- in our case, you can just list your bid number instead of cash!

These games are great fun – but with the inclusion of small fines (a pound – or a fiver depending on the wealth of your guests) you can raise a lot of money.
