There is no fee to participate in this fundraiser. We have no hidden costs. There is no shipping fee, setup fee, or design fee. The only cost is the cost of the cards.

No, this program is offered to any organization or any one who needs to fundraise.

How big is the pizza savings card?
The savings card is the size of a credit card. We use high quality pvc graphic cards that are as thick as credit cards (30 mm) not the flimsy cards some fundraising companies use.

Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. Unlike other companies that have a minimum of at least 500 cards, we do not have a minimum order. This enables smaller groups to participate in this fundraiser, who couldn’t otherwise.

Do we have to pay any money upfront?
No. We can give most groups 15 days from the time they get their cards to pay us back. In order to be eligible for this 15 day term, we require you to sign a contract and provide a credit card as a security deposit.

Yes. You have the option of sending us a check or charging the credit card specified on the contract when your payment is due.

How many pizza locations can fit on the card?
The card can fit up to 5 pizza locations.

How does the card work?
The card is good for 20 offers. The cardholder brings the card into the participating pizza shop and redeems an offer. The pizza shop will then scratch off a circle for each pizza redeemed.

What kind of offer can be put on the card?
The typical offers are:
Buy One Large Pizza @ reg price, Get One FREE!
Buy One Large Pizza @ reg price, Get One Large, One Topping Pizza FREE!
Buy One Large Pizza @ reg price, Get One Medium, One Topping Pizza FREE!
*Any offer can be put on the card, as long as your local pizza shop agrees to it.

Does the offer have to be for “Carry Out Only?”
No. The offer can also be for delivery as long as your participating pizza shop(s) agree to it and specify it on the contract.

Who secures the pizza locations for the card?
Your organization will be responsible for securing the offers on the card.

Do you have select pizza locations already on board?
We do not have any national contracts with any pizza locations or franchises. Since most franchises are independently own, it would be difficult to get a card accepted at all locations everywhere because it’s up to the discretion of each location’s owner or manager.

What kind of pizza locations participates?
A wide range of pizza locations participate in the savings card fundraiser. Some examples are national franchises such as Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and also small local pizza parlors.

Can more than one location, such as Domino’s, be listed on the card?
Yes. As long as you get approval from the various locations we can list them on the card.
We can fit up to 5 locations on the card.

Are the offers good for a one time use or repeated uses?
The cards are good for 20 uses for an entire year.

How long does it take to secure the offers?
The time it takes to secure local merchants all depends on your organization’s efforts. It generally takes only 1 to 2 days to secure the local pizza shops

How easy is it to secure pizza locations?
It’s easier than you think. Pizza locations like to participate in them because it’s free advertising and it helps them increase sales. It also gives them a chance to support the community. We provide a script on what to say to pizza locations.

Would extra cards be provided for the pizza shops?
Yes. We will provide 1 extra card for each pizza shop. FREE OF CHARGE.

How long does it take to receive the cards?
Once you place your order, you will receive your cards in 2-3 days. Fastest in the industry.

Is this fundraiser available in Canada?
Yes. The prices for the cards are in US Dollars.

What service do you use to mail out the cards?
We ship our cards via the United States Postal Service. We ship by priority mail which normally takes 2-3 days. You can also have the cards shipped by express mail which would cost $18.80 for every 500 cards. This will get there in a guarantee 1 day if you live in a large city, 2 days if you live in a small city. To help offset the cost of express shipping, we can print out extra cards for you. Once you sell those extra cards, it will pay for the cost of shipping.

Can we have our organization’s logo on the front of our cards?
Yes. If you can furnish a standard, high resolution image (ie. jpg, bmp, gif format) we can customize your card. Please email your logo to logos@fasttrackfundraising.com

How do we get the pizza shops’ logos on the front of the card?
We have logos for all the major pizza shops. If the merchant is a local pizza shop without a website, you can ask for any document with their logo on it, such as their business card, and scan it and send it to logos@fasttrackfundraising.com

Can the unsold cards be returned?
The cards are customized and can't be returned. Remember since we have NO MINIMUM ORDER we can print and ship re-orders within 24 hours.

When does the card expire?
The card will expire one year from the date the cards are printed, unless otherwise requested. It’s up to you on how long you want the cards valid for. As long as your participating pizza shops agree to it.
