Custom Discount Card Fundraiser : Pretty Good Fundraiser but Some Problems....

"Our representative was great and always responded promptly! However, we had some issues with the designers. They didn't always use the logos we sent them, or they had something wrong with them (only half the logo showed up, or it was stretched out to be unrecognizable, etc.). I kept having to ask for revisions, and during one of those revisions, they messed up something else that wasn't even what they were supposed to be changing. It ended up taking a lot longer to get the final design than we expected. But once they were done, the cards looked great. They didn't send all of the cards we were supposed to get, though, but our rep quickly fixed that issue and had them shipped ASAP. I should also note that we had a hard time getting businesses to participate. We thought they would jump at the chance for free advertising! Instead, they all were afraid of losing profits by offering discounts. But I guess that will depend on your town/city.
